  • Joined Hawaiiana from the Hawaii Foodbank, Inc., where he served as Chief Operations Officer, responsible for many aspects of day-to-day operations including information technology, human resources,facilities, safety, security and operations; oversaw the Kauai Branch 

  • Was Chief Human Resource and Safety Officer for JN Group Holdings Inc., serving over 400 employees. Responsible for HR functions including payroll, employee relations, training, corporate safety, security and insurance programs

  • Served in various human resource capacities to firms employing from 70 to over 425 employees, including Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union, Best Buy Hawaii and The Home Depot, where he assisted with store openings and staffing

  • Served as adjunct faculty for Leeward Community College

  • Served as graduate faculty instructor for the University of Phoenix

  • Served as co-investigator in human resource matters for the University of Hawaii

  • Bambi Mason joined Hawaiiana Management Company in 2001, was promoted to Director of Property Management in 2012, then to Vice President, Portfolio Management in 2022, and most recently to Chief Operating Officer.

  • She has nearly 30 years of property management and related experience, including rental management, real estate sales, and condo and community association management and has managed properties from eight to 1,200-plus units in size.

  • Specialties include representing community developers during their transition to resident ownership, and managing hotel condominium properties.

  • During her time with Hawaiiana, Bambi has worked with developers including Gentry Homes, Schuller Homes, Crescent Heights and Peter Savio.

  • In addition to assisting her clients, Bambi shares her guidance and expertise with other Management Executives at Hawaiiana.

  • Mr. Shoji was born and raised in Osaka Japan, and attended university in Tokyo. His international work experience includes the United States, Japan and Australia.

  • He began his career as a building materials engineer working with prefabricated houses, then was transferred to Seattle with the same company. There he spent ten years, married, and welcomed a daughter and a son.

  • In 2010, he moved to Sydney, Australia to manage a home building company.

  • In 2018, Mr. Shoji joined well-established real estate management firm Nippon Kanzai, one of Hawaiiana’s shareholders. In 2019, Mr. Shoji returned to Sydney to manage PICA, an Australian AOAO Management firm, of which Nippon Kanzai is part owner.

  • Mr. Shoji joined Hawaiiana Group Incorporated in 2023.

  • Has successfully transitioned over 600 property management accounts during her tenure, including the 3,620-unit Palehua Community Association and the 8,000-unit Ewa By Gentry Community Association

  • Has served Hawaiiana Management Company, Ltd. since 2014. Promoted to Senior Management Executive in 2017 and Director of Property Management in 2022. Promoted to Vice President, Portfolio Management in 2024.

  • Served 11 years as Safety and Security Director for The Hawaii Prince Hotel & Golf Club where he trained hotel personnel on safety and security procedures, authored and updated their crisis management manual, created action plans, successfully managed their loss prevention budget, and handled guest relations and accident claims.

  • Served for ten years as vice president and condo board member for an award-winning, 192-unit windward Oahu condominium.

  • Holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he also played on the Rainbow Warriors basketball team.

  • Craig serves as mentor and trainer to Hawaiiana's Management Executives, in addition to managing a portfolio of association clients.

  • Craig previously worked for Outrigger Hotels & Resorts, Hawaii, for over fifteen years. During his tenure there, his focus included customer satisfaction, operational efficiencies and obtaining successful financial results.
