  • Over 30 years of property management and related experience,including rental management, real estate sales, and condo and community association management

  • Has managed properties from eight to 1,200-plus units in size

  • Specialties include representing community developers during their transition to resident ownership, and managing hotel condominium properties

  • During her time with Hawaiiana, Bambi has worked with developers including Gentry Homes, Schuller Homes, Crescent Heights and Peter Savio

  • Prior to his secondment to Hawaiiana from Nippon Kanzai Holdings in 2025, worked in the Japan real estate industry for over 25-years.

  • Possesses a broad range of professional experience which includes structural engineering, construction management, commercial brokerage and consultancy, asset management, fund management and residential property management.

  • Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana, Champaign and an MBA from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa.

  • Served in human resource capacities to firms between 70 to over 425 employees in size, including Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union, Best Buy Hawaii and The Home Depot

  • Was adjunct faculty for Leeward Community College and graduate faculty instructor for the University of Phoenix

  • Was a co-investigator in human resource matters for the University of Hawaii

  • Coached youth sports leagues coach in volleyball, basketball and baseball. Currently on the boards of Aloha Medical Mission, Honolulu Police Community Foundation and Friends of Iolani Palace

  • Has successfully transitioned over 600 property management accounts during her tenure, including the 3,620-unit Palehua Community Association and the 8,000-unit Ewa By Gentry Community Association

  • Served 11 years as Safety and Security Director for The Hawaii Prince Hotel & Golf Club where he trained hotel personnel on safety and security procedures, authored and updated their crisis management manual, created action plans, successfully managed their loss prevention budget, and handled guest relations and accident claims.

  • Served for ten years as vice president and condo board member for an award-winning, 192-unit windward Oahu condominium.

  • Holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he also played on the Rainbow Warriors basketball team.

  • Working closely with developer clients such as DR Horton, Castle & Cooke, and others. Her role involves building new properties "from the ground up," overseeing various tasks from budget creation to maintenance fee calculations and inspections.

  • Plays a crucial role in planning the initial board meeting with new owners, ensuring a smooth transition into their new community.

  • Provides mentoring to other Hawaiiana community managers regarding developer accounts.

  • Her experience in the industry prior to joining Hawaiiana includes working for top commercial management firms in Beverly Hills and Chicago.

  • Bringing over 25 years of experience in the association management profession in Hawaii, Linda holds the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, as well as the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certifications from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

  • Her background also includes managing residential and commercial real estate, along with a timeshare community association, as a licensed real estate agent. She has played a key role in assisting community associations with developer transitions.
