Accountant

Deliver the Hawaiiana Experience to Clients, Property Managers, and Vendors through accurate, timely, and efficient accounting and extraordinary customer care. This position requires executing, and overseeing the processes of detailed Accounting/Accounts Receivable needs for multiple clients, while maintaining a pleasant and professional experience with an awareness for the business needs of each individual client while meeting deadlines. This position requires advanced accounting knowledge, prior multi-client accounting context, customer service, and multi-tasking skills. The Accountant is responsible for preparing accurate and timely monthly financial statements; day-to-day processing and auditing of accounting transactions; maintaining accounting records in the administration of financial activities; financial record keeping procedures; interpreting and applying auditors’ instructions and management’s policies; and performing complex special projects.

Administrative Assistant

Cash Receipts Clerk

The Cash Receipts Clerk is responsible for all actions related to client associations cash receipts and accounts receivable activities including but not limited to collect and post daily payments, process daily client associations deposits, post LOCKBOX, online and ACH payments, post return payments, process late fees, generate monthly reports and assist with AR inquiries.  The Cash Receipts Clerk is also responsible handling Hawaiiana’s SurePay process which includes inputting new application forms and update owners bank account information in the Solomon system.  This position requires good customer service for AR window duty to receive payments from owners. Attention to detail and Cash Handling Skills is a must.

Community Association Manager

The Community Association Manager is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of community associations in all capacities, such as maintenance, financial, and compliance while emphasizing and delivering superior customer service. Should be able to attend board meetings in the evening and have Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience with budgets and reading/understanding financial statements is helpful.  The ability to multitask, organize and maintain projects is part of the essential functions of the position.

HUD Housing Specialist

The position is directly responsible for marketing and leasing the property. The Housing Specialist is also responsible for providing residential relations services. Assists in developing and implementing marketing plan and creation of advertisements.  Provides property touts, shows model unit. Logs all traffic, completes Follow-up, Process Rental Application and prepares lease.  Collects Depots and conducts unit inspections.  Conducts market survey of competition.  Participates in property inspections, move in/move out, Aids residents with move out process and participates in the re-certification process.

Provide high quality service for document warehousing. Duties provides a variety of clerical, filing and warehousing duties including the filing of reports, documents and contracts into files. Requires ability to operate photocopier, fax machine and label maker. Excessive bending, stooping and lifting up to 75 pounds. Requires ability to distinguish words and letters in their proper order. Work is in an office/warehouse environment around the company’s files. Involves contact with the administrative staff. Work may be repetitious at times. Position will require travel between corporate office and warehouse.
